Congratulations 2010 Oakland Bay Area Links Debuatante's!

Congratulations to the 2010 Debutante's of the Oakland Bay Area Links' 55th Annual Cotillion!  These special Debutante's will be celebrated during a special evening "A Legacy of Elegance", being held December 18th, 2010 at the San Francisco Marriott. This Cotillion is a tradition that celebrates the achievements of promising African-American women and marks their passage into adulthood.
