I can't speak highly enough of my experience in purchasing a new RX400h from this place!! Specifically, I bought my car from Eric Hanson, who was efficient, professional, nice and HONEST!! I've learned that unfortunately this is hard to come by in the car business!!I live in SF and am not someone who enjoys driving all over the place if I can help it. I thought I was going to get this car from the Serramonte Lexus dealer, who turned out in the end to have lied to me about the price quote they gave me over the phone (they tried to renegotiate when I got there in person).
